’t Exploot is the monthly jogging around the iconic Watersportbaan by and for UGent affiliates. Because of the corona crisis the exploit runners could not – for the first time in more than 40 years! – get together in front of the GUSB for their monthly tour. Because outdoor sport is still allowed and, even more, encouraged, ‘t Exploot is now organized virtually. Participants run or walk about 5km on their own in the neighborhood of their house (or office), record the activity with their phone or watch and share the result in the exploit facebook groop or by mail to Joris.Thybaut@UGent.be. In April and May 2020 record numbers of runners and walkers participated. We hope to exceed the number of 100 participations in June!
